Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at Lisbon AI must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce it throughout the event.

Lisbon AI is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body size, race, religion, or other characteristic. Harassment in any form is not tolerated. Participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled without refund, at the discretion of the organizers.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Participants asked to stop any such behavior must comply immediately. Sponsors, booth staff, and volunteers are subject to the same standards. Sponsors must not present sexualized imagery, activities, or environments.

If a participant violates the policy, organizers may take any action deemed necessary, including warnings or expulsion without refund. Retaliation against anyone reporting an incident is strictly prohibited.

If you experience or witness harassment, or have any related concerns, contact conference staff immediately. Staff will be clearly identified with “STAFF” apparel.

You can also reach the organizing team directly:

Anonymous reports may be submitted via the conference website. Staff can assist with contacting venue or local authorities, arranging escorts, or ensuring personal safety.

This Code applies to all Lisbon AI activities — conference sessions, workshops, side events, and all associated online spaces. Portuguese law governs all serious matters.
